Ergonomics, Home Safety & Fall Prevention

  • Equipment recommendations: rails, lighting, step solutions, etc.

Lab-informed training (with your medical team)

When available, we integrate DEXA, bloodwork, and other labs ordered by your physician or an independent lab partner into your plan.

  • Communication summaries for your physician on request

Common questions
Do I have to be “fit” already to start?
No. Many clients start with joint replacements, osteopenia/osteoporosis, or years of inactivity. We meet you where you are, then progress in a way that is safe but effective — not watered down.
Is this covered by insurance?
This is a premium, all-inclusive program designed around results and access, not insurance limitations. Some physical therapy services may be eligible for reimbursement depending on your plan. I can provide documentation you can submit to your insurer if applicable.
What if I travel frequently or have an unpredictable schedule?
That’s exactly who this is built for. Your program can flex between in-person and virtual, and your weekly plan is adjusted around travel, busy weeks, and life events so you stay consistent without burning out.
Can my spouse or partner be involved?
Yes. Many clients do better with a partner. We can discuss add-on options for your spouse, such as shared sessions or a custom training plan at a reduced rate.
How quickly will I notice changes?
Most clients notice improvements in energy, confidence, and daily movement within 4–6 weeks. Strength, VO2 max, and bone density changes compound over months and years — which is why this is structured as an ongoing longevity package, not a 4-week “challenge.”
